TILLY BAGEL SHOP (FULTON MARKET)

We worked with Tilly’s owners Hannah Tillett and Mike Banaszak to build out Tilly's first location in South Loop. When it was time to open their second spot in Fulton Market, they called on us again to build out a new space in the new Arthur on Aberdeen building. Designed by Mike, a trained architect, this new location has more room for guests, and more room for bagel-making, but it has the same laid-back, welcoming vibe that everyone loved about the original shop. In addition to serving as the general contractor for this project, Vero also built out Tilly’s new custom shelving, banquettes and tables.
