Vero Design + Build's woodworking shop partnered with 3Eleven Luxury Apartments to create custom millwork solutions that elevate both residential living and shared amenity spaces. For the building's 245 apartment units, Vero fabricated custom kitchen islands that combine everyday functionality with modern design, enhancing the resident experience throughout the luxury multifamily development.

Vero also crafted custom work pods for the building's 23rd-floor amenity lounge, providing residents with dedicated spaces for focused work and virtual meetings. Featuring sleek lines and sound-dampening upholstery, the pods support productivity and privacy without sacrificing the expansive city views. The project showcases Vero's expertise in custom millwork, multifamily residential construction, and the fabrication of high-performance amenity spaces that balance aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
